Dead Lover’s screening will be hosted by its production designer, Baltimorean Becca Brooks Morrin, known for her work on Strawberry Mansion, Good One, Your Final Meditation, and Rat Film. Morrin was also key to the production of the short paired with Dead Lover, What Happened to Bobi; strap yourself in for a double-dish serving of Morrin! Morrin will be joined by Leah Doz, who co-stars in Dead Lover (and directed the short Strangers, also screening within New/Next 2025). (Eric Allen Hatch)
